Assistant Baker

We’re hiring! We’re looking for a new team member at Courie Courie Bakery – if you are skilled in sourdough bread production and keen on a traditional bakery job where your artisan bread skills can shine, and you are interested in working with us to make our speciality award winning bread range, get in touch.

Hours: P/t 24 hours Tuesday – Saturday, various shifts

Salary expectations – Living Wage

Working in a bakery means early starts, and our shifts are led by the needs of the bread we make. We are a small, friendly, hard-working and dedicated team. You will need to be prepared to dig in, learn and produce bread to a high standard.
